Karin Kreutzer, Marjo-Riitta Diehl, professors at the EBS University of Economics and Law, have taken on this topic from an academic perspective with management consultant Elena Greguletz and carried out an interview study. 37 women executives interviewed to explore reasons why women are less effective than men in networking.
