What we are and what we are not …
a club – only for women – not a business club …
Business Club even if we are benevolent …
a “(not) a business club” for women
To change the world, you don’t need a suit
– a red dress is enough …
The motto:
Empathy, solidarity, friendship, sisterhood
Stanford University’s head of psychiatry said in a talk on Mind & Body, Stress & Disease that the best for a man’s health is to be married to a woman, and the healthiest for a woman is to have relationships with girlfriends to maintain.
Women connect differently and provide support systems that help each other with stress and difficult life experiences. “Girlfriend time” forms the neurotransmitter serotonin, which prevents depression and makes you feel good. Women share feelings, men enter into relationships with activities.
Women share souls with sisters / mothers, which is just as healthy as jogging or fitness …
We mistakenly believe that when we “train” we are doing ourselves something good – when we meet up with friends, we waste time …
The failure of quality personal relationships with other people is just as dangerous for our physical health as smoking …
Friendships and relationships with our girlfriends (including grandmas, sisters, daughters, mothers, nieces, cousins, aunts, neighbors …) are elementary.
