Dax and the like where are the women at the top ???

At the end of June 2017, only 47 of the 677 board members of the listed Dax, MDax, SDax and TecDax companies were women.

There are sound macro and microeconomic reasons for a change in this status quo that go beyond moral motives such as a sense of justice. It has been proven that a higher number of women in management positions has a positive effect on the financial success of companies.

Progress in terms of equality develops slowly in top management and on supervisory boards, unless they are subject to a quota. Women are consistently facing gender challenges.
